The high-calibre fork springs come with 6mm preload, I ended up with 6mm. One of our local tuners got it pretty spot on for me with the valving, I more or less told him the spring rates I wanted based on info from other T7 various set ups and he was happy with those and took that into account for the valving. I’m 96kg, wanted my suspension set up for comfy road riding and being able to hit harder forrest stuff at average pace with day riding gear which is what 90+% of my riding is, wasn't interested in setting it for extreme offroad at expense of comfort.
